OUR PRINCIPAL
Peter Wigens is a long-term resident of Bathurst and knows your legal needs. A no-nonsense professional, skilled in identifying and resolving legal issues efficiently and cost effectively.
Peter is a graduate of London University (LLB Hon), the University of New England (LLB), the Australian National University and the College of Law (NSW).
OUR FEES
We will discuss fees and charges at our first meeting so you can plan ahead.
We will draft an individual Cost Agreement which we will ask you to sign before we commence work for you. This Agreement spells out our estimated costs and any statutory charges.
We aim to simplify your financial planning by providing a fixed fee whenever possible.
OUR SUPPORT
We proudly support the work of Daffodil Cottage Cancer Care Services (Bathurst Base Hospital), Bathurst District Prostate Cancer Support Group and CanCare NSW.
We provide our services on a Pro Bono basis to qualified clients.
